In Memory of George Bonet.... 9/25/1970 - 3/28/2003

Born to Alfredo and Maria bonet on 9/25/70 in the Bronx, 4th child to the couple. He was the baby of the family among siblings which included Lucretia, Alfredo Jr. and Frances.

He met and united with Veniece Rivera from which unity brought fruit of 3 loving children, Lil Georgie (13), Nicole (9),Jordan,(6 months). His relationship with Veniece was one of unity which only grows more with time. He couldn't be without Veneice for a day and she was as devoted to him.

There were many things that were memorable about George among which were his "Free Spirited" sense of being, his imprinted huge dimpled smiled, his amazing way of making anything a joke, at times the jokes were pretty dry, his favorites being ("the your MOMMA jokes) and one found ourself just laughing at his way of delivering the joke,(kinda like laughing at him then with him)...But nevertheless quite funny. Lets not forget his impersonations,(the classic ones being from "the Honeymooners". "Richard Simmons", "Scarface" and of course Boy George from Culture Club of which his favorite song was "Give Me Time".

It could not go unmentioned his grace when it came to the art of cooking. He loved to cook and he was a master when it came to making the most savory dishes anyone could make. The thanksgiving turkey was always prepard by him,,,,,and it was always the best dinner year after year...

George had a unique close relationship wih his mother, Maria. Even though he was grown, he was still his mothers baby

George was a loving father to his children. With lil george he would play videos games for hours, jet skie and ride on the motor scooter. With Nicole.,she was "daddy's girl", his team mate, they werer inseparable. George was also inseparable from Jordan since his birth 6 months ago.

George would go shopping for toys with his kids and pick out toys with them and then of course run home in a hurry and play them himself for a few hours. Like the commercial goes " I don't wanna grow up, I'm a toys R Us kid"... For anyone who knew George, picturing him singing this in the isles at the stores while picking out toys would be easy...

George's great smile, his big hear, his humor and his sincere caring and loving way about him which he offered to tall who met him will be missed.

He was an adoring Son, a wonderful brother, a loving husband , a devoted loving father, a great sincere freind, an adoring uncle,  a grear brother in law, a caring cousin, a wonderul son in law...a Kid a heart . He had a Big Heart for all he knew.

May he rest in Peace and may God have him in his Grace.

We Loved you and you will be forever in our hearts and we are fortunate God len you to us if even for such a short time.

Rest in Peace Bro........Love you......
